SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

1.0 SHIPPING SCHEDULE
We ship packages from our Bangalore facility once a week, usually on Tuesdays.

2.0 SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
We use Delhivery or Blue Dart as our primary providers within India. For pin codes that are not covered by our primary providers, we will use the next best alternative. All packages are insured for the full value of the items. Shipping times are usually 3-5 business days within India.

3.0 SHIPPING WORLDWIDE
We use FedEx or DHL as our primary providers for worldwide shipping. All packages are insured for the full value of the items. International shipping times are usually 7-10 business days.

4.0 ADDRESS ACCURACY AND DELAYED DELIVERIES
Unlike other eCommerce websites, we do not own the last-mile delivery fleet. We rely on professional carriers to deliver the packages to you. We only use the shipping information that you entered while placing your order online. We do not verify the correctness or validity of the address. It is your responsibility to provide accurate address and a delivery contact phone number. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries, we will relay the shipment tracking information to you via email when the package is shipped, and it is your responsibility to track the package and coordinate with the carrier for delayed deliveries, or a last minute change in delivery address.

5.0 SHIPPING FEE
We charge shipping fees based on the best price currently provided to us by our logistics providers.

6.0 CUSTOMS DUTY AND DOCUMENTATION
All documents required for the export clearance of your orders are provided by us to Indian customs. We also include all documentation necessary for import clearance in your country. An original invoice with the actual price of the item(s) will be included in the package, you would need to pay any additonal customs duties and charges levied by your local authorities at the time of delivery. Our shipment provider will usually pay the duty and taxes on your behalf and recover them from you at the time of delivery or shortly afterwards.

7.0 INSURED PACKAGES
All packages that ship from our Bangalore facility are insured for the full value of the invoice. In the event that your package is lost in transit, we will initiate our insurance claim process with the shipping carrier. Meanwhile, we will ship you new items from our Bangalore facility. You will not have to wait for the insurance process to complete. We only ask that you provide us any information that we may need to initiate the insurance claim.

8.0 CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Orders once placed with us cannot be cancelled. We do not offer refunds on your orders once your order is placed and payment is processed. We do not accept returns.

9.0 EXCHANGES
We will offer an exchange only if the item delivered to you is damaged or defective. We will ask you to provide photos and videos in order determine if the item is defective. Exchange for defective items will only be applicable if you notify us via email within 48 hours of the package being delivered to you (based on shipment tracking information provided by our shipping partners).

If we approve an exchange:

a) we will replace the exact item that was purchased. If the item is not available in stock, we will offer another item from the same collection for you to choose from.

b) we will not offer a store credit in lieu of the exchange.

c) we will require you to pack the item in its original packaging, including invoices, warranty cards, brand booklets, tags, and any accessories you received and ship the package back to us. We will ship the replacement item after receiving the original item in its original packaging, with all the paperwork and accessories.
